1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high demand or inventory delays, processing times may extend by a few days — we will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship all across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), additional charges may apply as displayed during checkout.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before confirming your order.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the link provided or by contacting our support team with your Order ID.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly during checkout.

  • Domaya.shop will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen:

  • If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us, and we’ll investigate promptly.

  • If an order is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will resend the order or initiate a full refund as per your preference.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video proof.

  • We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
