1. How do I place an order on Domaya.shop?

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through secure payment gateways.
(Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products.)
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS.
Use this information to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer product exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order details.
8. Are my payment details safe on your website?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure that your payment data remains private and secure at all times.
9. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, Domaya.shop ships only within India.
We are working on expanding our service to international locations soon.
